Coinz Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Coinz is a universal digital loyalty ecosystem managed by Sents Holdings Limited (“Sents”). The Program is accessible exclusively via the Coinz mobile application. By creating an account and participating, Members agree to these Terms and Conditions. Sents reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion.
1. Membership & Eligibility
- Age & Verification: Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- KYC Documentation: To comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, Sents reserves the right to collect relevant identification documentation during or after registration. This may include, but is not limited to, National ID numbers, Passport numbers, and copies of identification documents. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or the inability to redeem rewards.
- Registration Data: Members must provide a valid email address and a registered mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
- Account Limits: Each Member is entitled to one unique, non-transferable account. Multiple accounts used to circumvent program limits will be merged or terminated.
2. Earning Coinz
- Validation Methods: Members can earn Coinz through several methods:
- User-Initiated: Scanning merchant QR codes or uploading receipts via the Coinz app within 24 hours of purchase.
- Merchant-Initiated: Providing your Coinz account details (such as registered phone number or unique ID) directly to the merchant at the point of sale. The merchant initiates the transaction from their side to credit Coinz to your digital wallet.
- Merchant Rates: Each merchant determines their own reward rate. These rates are subject to change without prior notice based on the merchant’s specific loyalty campaigns.
3. Redemption of Coinz
- Redemption Options: Members may redeem Coinz through the methods stipulated within the Coinz app. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Direct Coinz Redemption: Using Coinz to pay for goods or services at participating merchants.
- Gift Cards: Exchanging Coinz for digital gift cards or vouchers available in the app gallery.
- Other In-App Options: Accessing specific offers or third-party rewards as updated from time to time.
- Universal vs. Locked Redemption: * While Coinz is designed as a universal rewards system, the availability of universal redemption is subject to individual merchant agreements.
- Certain Coinz or rewards may be locked to particular merchants or groups of merchants as specified at the time of earning or within the app’s reward catalog.
- Members should check the "Redemption Options" section of the app to confirm where and how their specific Coinz balance can be utilized.
- No Cash Value: Coinz are loyalty units and cannot be exchanged for legal tender (cash) directly. Their value is realized only through the purchase or redemption options provided in-app.
4. Intellectual Property
- All software, branding, trademarks, and logos related to Coinz and Sents Holdings Limited (a US Delaware Corp) are the exclusive property of Sents. No license or right to use these marks is granted to Members without express written permission.
5. Exclusion of Liability
- Sents Holdings Limited is not liable for:
- The refusal of any merchant to accept Coinz for redemption.
- The quality or safety of goods/services purchased from partner merchants.
- Loss of Coinz due to unauthorized account access where the Member failed to secure their credentials.
- System interruptions or technical errors that temporarily prevent the earning or redemption of rewards.
6. Data Privacy
- By participating, Members consent to the collection and processing of their Personal Data and ID documentation as outlined in the Coinz Privacy Statement. This data is used for verification, fraud prevention, and the operation of the rewards network.
7. Discretion and Finality
- Sents reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel any part of the Coinz program at its sole discretion.
- In the event of any dispute regarding Coinz balances, redemption eligibility, or interpretation of these Terms, the decision of Sents Holdings Limited shall be final and binding. © 2026 Sents Holdings Limited. All rights reserved.
